I was brought on to oversee the marketing department, leading with a team-first approach to execute initiatives through collaboration, creative vision, and strategic planning.

I developed comprehensive brand guidelines—defining voice, visual identity, tone, and positioning—and directed its rollout across all internal and external marketing channels.

I partnered with and managed external vendors on the C&O website redesign and the brand video campaign, which is used across digital and social marketing channels.

I also led on the design and distribution of all marketing materials and collateral work, managed our renderings pipeline, produced our photoshoots, created the C&O quarterly newsletter, and oversaw our partnerships initiative, all while reporting directly to the CEO.
