At Pocket FM, a hyper-growth tech startup, I was hired as a freelance Senior Editor/Producer, elevated to Division Lead, and later brought on full-time to create and lead the live-action vertical content department, growing the team from 3 to 50+ in just a few months. As Creative Director reporting directly to the U.S. Head of Content, I oversaw video projects from development through beta testing and distribution, hiring and managing creative teams, building workflows, and overseeing external partners while keeping priorities aligned and international stakeholders informed.

One of my projects was The Return: Knifepoint, a super fun, cringe-worthy promo that launched one of PFM’s most successful audio series, The Return.
